I owned this phone for 4 months and loved it. It worked great and made managing my work emails and calendar much easier. However the phone became very hot one day and completely died. I took it back to the Sprint store and they tried a new battery and it would not work. They said that the phone is completely fried and I would have to get a new one. I am very disappointed with this phone.

This phone seemed fine for the most part, but after just six weeks it became very hot suddenly, the battery showed it was drained and it died. The verizon store put in a new battery and the same thing happened immediately. Verizon will only replace with a refurbished phone since it is outside the 30 day guarantee. I hope this does not happen again. It is a major time committment to get a new phone and add all the apps, calendar items, etc. I am very disappointed with my first blackberry. I wish I didn't have a two year committment with verizon!!
