I've owned and used blackberry phones for many years. The new torch is absolutely horrid. The slider is loose, the keys rattle, the slider shakes, and overall the phone is way too sensitive. The additional on screen menus (all, favorite, etc.) are ridiculous, and you can't lock them in place. You end up moving from one to the other by accident. The phone seems to constantly want to go into "landscape mode". The lock button on top left is so sensitive the phone turns on all the time in my pocket. They changed the "lock" so if you really want to lock the phone, you have to create a password, rather than just lock it and push * green phone key as in all past blackberry phones. The browser is somewhat better, but overall the phone is a failure in my opinion. Perhaps I don't like sliders, but it shouldn't rattle, shake, and be annoying to use. My grade? FAIL.
