I just spent an hour on the phone with HTC going from flunky to supervisor trying to get them to honor their warranty, but they kept telling me that they "Aren't set up to repair the Aria, yet and they don't have a replacement policy." The phone is only three weeks old and hasn't been damaged or gotten wet, yet the speaker and the vibration feature have stopped working. This is ridicules! I don't recommend this product or this company!

The HTC is better than the iphone considering the price with everything. The only really things it lacks that the iphone 4g has is a flash for the camera, and that video face to face talk. Am I the only person who dosent like flash when taking pictures. I dont know of any professional photographers who uses flash. I dont like taking flash pictures, flash pictures look bad and i dont care too much for taking pictures at night. Also the apple app marketplace is far better than the android market place. Other than that the HTC aria is smaller and it feels alot better the rubber plastic they use for the back of it feels awsome compared to the iphones glossy plastic. You have to see the phone in person it is so cool i've seen youtube videos of it and they dont do the phone justice it is actually worth $500.00 without a contract (the guy at best buy told me im not a liar nor is he) the technology in this tiny device is awsome the pictures you take are great and so clear when you zoom in no fuzzy stuff at all unless you take pics at night. I paid $100.00 at best buy with a two year and an upgrade. I can go on and on the keyboard is great you can turn the phone side ways and everything changes for the better the key board gets bigger and your pictures go wide screen. My friend is gonna show me how to use the gba emulator so i can play pokemon red on it when that happens it will be better than my ipod touch 2g oh and the speakers r better than the ipod they r loud! the weight to it is awsome not to heavy but not light it feels like 500.00$$ 5 stars ***** 5 star five overall but 3 star on top so u might read this so far there arnt any 3 stars because this phone is awsome but my opinion 5 star dont look at the top i dont care if the overal rating goes down w the rest of the users input
