This phone replaced the Samsung Intercept (I purchased three of those and returned them after a few weeks, please see my review on that piece of garbage). My wife and daughter both use this phone and it is an excellent, tiny, well designed little device. Perfect for my girls and the WebOS is very very well done.
I have been using Palm devices since the 3Comm days but switched to the iPhone about a year and a half ago. The iPhone is nice, but so expensive. It's liberating to be away from AT&T and the data plans they charge. Sprint has the best value and their customer service is amazing. Hand over fist better than AT&T. One big dislike for me is that I cannot connect to the Internet while on a call. The iPhone has a great advantage on that one.
The Pixi is easy to use, keyboard is easy to type on, the WebOS is responsive and well thought out. Great over the air updates. Limited on applications (but that's coming from iPhone). Still, everything my wife needs she's been able to find. Although the display is small, it's easy to use and readable. The music player is nice. I just can't say enough about this great little phone.
Only draw back is it seems a little too fragile, but that may be because it's so light. Battery life is on par with the iPhone. We can get a good day's use with a single charge, less with heavy Internet usage.

I have owned the phone for almost two months now, and I came from using a blackberry, soo.. from comparison. this phone is pretty wack.
