Wish I had read the other review before buying mine. Ditto's to everything said, touch screen VERY touchy, wifi strength poor while in same room, etc.etc.etc. Navigation buttons need time to "think" before responding. Nothing intuitive about how this phone works. Save yourself the frustration and buy something else. Will be returning mine.

Follow Up: Returning was not as easy as I thought. So "Caveat Emptor" Yes they would exchange it for another Intercept, but could not exchange for a different "type" of phone at the promotional price. In other words I could get a new piece of junk to replace my week old piece of junk! Seems that with Amazon, Sprint and only Sprint does not allow for exchanges for a different type of phone. So if you are buying a Sprint phone on Amazon make sure you KNOW you like it before you buy! And then HOPE everything also works properly. Could not get any other Samsung phone, any other Sprint phone, just another Intercept. grrrrrrrr. Plan B: Went to the "Authorized" Sprint repair dealer in Tucson. They said they have been seeing this problem with customers. Said they had no fix for it and told me to send it back! From reading reviews it seems like if the navigation buttons work properly, people like it, if they don't work properly, you hate it. So it appears I am stuck with a phone I don't like, unless I want to pay FULL retail for a different one. Plan C: Will get a replacement Intercept phone and hope for the best. This was my first Amazon transaction, not a happy camper.

This is a very weak phone. I'm glad to see that they are selling it for 1-cent, because that is about what it is worth :) Seriously, this is a poor quality product. Mine died after one week (upgrade from a Samsung Rumor)--the touch screen failed to respond, which rendered it useless. So what else can I say? Touch screen is very, well, "touchy." Granted, I'm new to touch screens, but this one is just awful. I tried an iPhone before I bought this, and there's no comparison. One wrong move and you will end up calling ten friends (or enemies). Very awkward software for creating or updating Contacts. Poor call quality(one bar when I was getting 4 bars at the same location with the Rumor). Speakerphone isn't loud or clear enough. Battery life--12 hours with minimal use, wifi off and bluetooth off. Poor wifi reception (even in the same room with the router!). I sent mine back, and instead of asking for a replacement, I went back to my Rumor. Hey, it doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but it works reliably, and isn't that the most important thing?
